As a child and young adult, I grew up in a unique community whose motto was to contribute as much as possible and get according to your needs. This mindset made me think more of other people and less about myself. Starting a family was my first turning point. While continuing to help others, I realized I needed to take care of myself and my family first. Otherwise, it will be hard for me to help other people. I became a mechanical engineer a few years before my first child, believing this was all I needed to provide my family with everything. But that wasn't the case. Since our kids needed special schooling attention because of their learning disabilities, we didn't have the additional expenses concern in some cases. We got frustrated not being able to supply our kids with their needs. So, I searched for additional ways of making income, and I joined a network marketing company. While learning all about this company, I accidentally stumbled upon the possibility of making money online. I immediately fell in love with this concept. Having my own location-independent Business, unlimited income potential, time freedom, and luxury lifestyle seemed appealing, and I got very excited about the possibilities. Unfortunately, my mindset wasn't ready for this journey, and for more than five years, I barely made any money.

Luckily, I didn't give up. And I'm so glad that I didn't! I have been following a few mentors since 2009. Unfortunately, they did not talk about the importance of mindset in this business, which I most needed (not knowing it). When I was at the lowest point of my belief that things would work out for me one day, a real Mentor showed up. He gave me a different blueprint to follow, and I was smart enough to take his advice and run with it without question. This exceptional mentor emphasizes mindset (precisely what I know now that I need) in his training, techniques, strategies, and how-to. My way wasn't working; what did I have to lose?! "Don't be just another affiliate Marketer out there," he said. "If you're just like everybody else, you're a nobody," he continued... That made a lot of sense (I didn't know how and was eager for him to teach me). Before that, I followed the hard, doing what everybody else did. So, I started following a different model. (He teaches this model in great detail in this free masterclass here). By following precisely my mentor's system and doing what he said, I finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
